Touch Rugby
Every Monday, we host touch rugby sessions open to everyone, offering a perfect blend of fitness, skill-building, and fun. These sessions are designed to improve cardio and refine rugby techniques in a safe, non-contact environment, making them ideal for players of all skill levels and ages.
Touch rugby is a fantastic way to stay active, enjoy the game, and connect with others, all without the risk of injuries associated with contact play. Whether you’re a seasoned player or just starting out, our Monday sessions are a great way to experience the joy of rugby!

Competitive Training Sessions
Our competitive rugby sessions are structured like a focused training camp, starting five weeks before each tournament. These sessions run alongside our regular touch rugby practices and include an additional day dedicated to strength & conditioning. The program emphasizes building technical, tactical, and physical skills to prepare players to excel on the field.
Led by experienced players and coaches, the sessions are intense, requiring focus and commitment, and include contact training and rugby-specific drills such as tackles, scrums, and touch lifts. While designed for competitive players, non-competitive members may occasionally join upon the coach’s invitation if they wish to enhance their skills.
